Job Overview

Your mission

We are looking for a Freelancer Sales Representative, based in Spain (ideally Madrid or Levante). You will seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential clubs using your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships, from first contact until closing the deal. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and develop new potential clients across all the regions in Spain
  • Presentation and Sales: Compellingly present Playtomic’s products and services, tailoring them to the specific needs of potential clients and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Negotiation and Closure: Manage negotiations with clients, negotiate favorable agreements, and successfully close sales.

 

Our Ideal “Player”

  • Location: Madrid or Levante
  • Deep knowledgeable about the racket sports/padel industry
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Management or similar role
  • Experience in selling technology or software is a plus
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Support Playtomic’s presence at events and tournaments
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Driving license and ability to use a private car for business meetings would be a plus
  • Racket sports lover
